Born in Santiago de Chile, drummer Rodrigo Recabarren studied music at the PUC in Chile (BA) and NYU (M.M.), in the US.

In 2009 Rodrigo started his career in the United States. where he has worked with artists such as Guillermo Klein, Brad Shepik, Melissa Aldana, Camila Meza, Rafal Sarnecki, Andre Carvallo, Rotem Sivan, and Jeff Miles.

Rodrigo has performed in Europe, the United States, Asia and Latin-America, in prestigious venues like the Blue Note, Smalls and Jazz at Lincoln Center, as well as festivals and venues in countries worldwide like Japan, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Argentina, Netherlands, Italy, Poland, Latvia.

As a band leader, Rodrigo brings to life many projects that have toured the world. A few of them are “Mural”(www.muralmusic.com), “Beekman”(www.beekmanmusic.com), “Peregrinos”(www.peregrinosmusic.com), and “Novas trio” (www.novastrio.com).

Pablo Menares is a Chilean bass player based in Brooklyn, NY. He is one of the most highly regarded bass players in Chile. Since moving to New York City in 2009, he has worked widely in both Jazz and Latin music.

He has performed in many of New York’s notable jazz venues, including The Blue Note, Jazz Standard, Jazz Gallery, Smoke, Smalls, Fat Cat, 55 Bar, Lincoln Center, Steinway Hall, and Carnegie Hall. He has toured extensively in Europe, Asia, North, Central and South America.

Among the luminaries with whom he has performed are Sam Yahel, Arturo O’Farrill, Randy Brecker, David Kikoski, Bob Moses, Greg Osby, Melissa Aldana, Claudia Acuña, and Francisco Mela.

Born in Vigo (Spain), pianist Yago Vazquez has been an active member of the New York City music scene since 2008, after receiving a scholarship to attend The New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music where he graduated with honors in 2010.

Throughout his career Yago Vazquez has worked with many internationally recognized artists including Reggie Workman, Billy Harper, David Schnitter, Jeff Hirshfield, Scott Lee, Gilad Hekselman, Ingrid Jensen, Joe Martin, Charles Altura, Drew Gress, Jazzmeia Horn, Jamie Baum, Logan Richardson, and Harish Raghavan.

He has toured extensively in America, Europe and Asia playing at world renowned venues such as Blue Note, Smalls Jazz Club, Smoke Jazz Club, Jazz Gallery, Jazz Standard, Mezzrow, Birdland, Blue Whale, Jamboree, Unterfahrt, Hot Clube de Portugal, and jazz festivals in Mexico, Chile, Costa Rica, South Korea, Portugal, and Spain.

As a recording artist he has been featured in over 30 albums both as a leader and sideman.
